Reo Properties

Real Estate Owned (REO) properties are often acquired by PHFA through a legal process. These properties are made available for purchase by the general public. All properties are sold in as is condition although some may have had repairs completed.

Sheriff Sale Properties

Properties that are scheduled for sale are subject to postponement or cancellation at any time. The bid amount must exceed the minimum bid amount. Properties are sold to the highest bidder on the date of the sale. Properties are auctioned by the county sheriff. The terms of the sale, required down payment funds, and conditions for conveyance of title will be determined by the sheriff.
